Office security is very important not only for you but also for your employees and clients. 1. Hypothyroidism

Symptoms of Hyperthyroidism include tremors, agitation, rapid heart rate, excessive sweating, and weight loss. 

3. Goiter 

Another form of thyroid disease is goiter. Goiter is the enlargement of our thyroid glands, people that have this develop circular lumps in their front neck. Goiter, however, is not a disease in itself. It is merely an effect of several goiter diseases like the hyperthyroidism and the hypothyroidism.

The health of our thyroid glands are largely influenced by how healthy is our diet. Small amounts of the right foods can make your thyroid very healthy and fully functioning. Iodine – Iodine is the most important nutrition that your thyroid glands needs. Iodine can be found in almost all kind of foods. The important thing to remember here is that you should only consume appropriate amounts of iodine; to avoid excess intake, avoid eating too much junk foods.
